A) Partner WOD

Partner 1 runs a 400 while partner 2 does AMRAP 3 reps bear complex (96/65lb) + 9 box jumps
Partner 2 runs 400 while partner 1 does AMRAP 3 reps bear complex + 9 box jumps

B) 3 rounds for quality of

20 push ups
10 strict pull ups

Metcon Class 

Partner WOD
5x
10 burpees over partner in a plank, then switch
Run 400 with partner and a med ball, switching off as needed
20 partner sit ups with med ball
Wheelbarrow carry with partner for the length of rig,  switch and go back
