With a partner complete
5 rounds of:
In 4 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible:
10 burpees (both people may work at the same time)
Then alternate AMRAP of the following for the remainder of the time.
*Entire round must be completed before the next person going
3 power cleans  95/65lb
5 push press
9 air squats
Rest 1 minute between rounds
B) Run 800 or row 1000 for time.

10 walking DB lunges + 10-30 double unders
2 min rest
B) 10 min EMOM
10 goblet squats + 5 sit ups
3 min rest
