A) In 6 minutes, run 800m then max rep squat clean and jerks  (135/95lb)

1 minute rest

B) In 6 minutes, run 800m then max rep power snatches

1 minute rest

C) In 6 minutes, run 800m then max rep front rack lunges

D) Coaches choice

Metcon Class 

30 rounds for time:

3 box jumps-5 wallballs-1 mapmaker (2×35/25lb dbs)

*1 man maker is 1 renegade row pushup + cluster
