A) Go every 3 minutes for 4 rounds:

12 weighted step ups (20/18″ box) + 5 broad jumps for max distance

B) 20 minute alternating EMOM:

1) 8-12 box jump overs

2) 3 heavy OH squats (155/105lb) *From the ground
