A) Find a heavy single clean and jerk in 20 minutes

B) In 9 minutes complete:

2 rounds of

20 alternating db snatches (50/35lb) – 20 burpees over the db

In remaining time max calorie row

*If not enough rowers, athlete can do max cals ski erg, bike erg, assault bike, airdyne, watt bike, or max meters true form.
