A) Bodybuilding circuit:

Every 90 seconds for 12 rounds

1) 8/side single arm db press 2) bulgarian split squat 8/side 3) barbell curls 10-12 reps

*So 4 rounds of each movement

B) 10 down to 1 deadlift (225/155lb)

1 up to 10 high box jump (30/24″)

3 bar facing burpees after each round

*16 minute cap
