A) Every 2 minutes for 8 rounds:

1 clean deadlift + 1 clean + jerk

 B) 100 double unders

10 man makers (35/25lb)

80 double unders

8 man makers

60 double unders

6 man makers

40 double unders

4 man makers

20 double unders

2 man makers

*15 minute cap

*One manmaker is a renegade row pushup + cluster

Metcon Class 

A) 10 minute alternating EMOM:

1) 15-20 wallballs

2) 10-15 burpees

Rest 5 minutes

B) 10 minute alternating EMOM:

1) Row 15/12 calories

2) 1 round of Cindy:

5 pullups-10 pushups-15 air squats (or scale to 4-8-12 or 3-6-9)
