4 chest to bar pullups – 4 box HSPU- 8 kb swings (53/35lb)

B) Coaches choice

Metcon Class

8×2 min on 2 min off alternating between:

1) 16/12 calorie assault bike then AMRAP

12 air squats-10 alternating db snatches (50/35lb)

2) 60 double unders then AMRAP:

10 single arm hang clean and jerks (5/side)-20 jumping lunges
