With a running clock, complete 3 rounds for Reps of:

1 Minute wallball shots (20lb/14lb)

1 Minute sumo deadlift high pulls (75lb/55lb)

1 Minute push press (75lb/55lb)

1 Minute box jump 20’’

1 Minute Row For Calories

1 Minute Rest

Your Score is the total number of reps completed in the three rounds.

12 box jumps (24/20”)
3 Db overhead squats (50/35lb)
9 Db push jerks
(Stick with same arm for one full round. Switch arms on consecutive rounds. One arm will do an extra round)
Buy out:
19 single arm alt Db devils press
81 burpees over Db
