B) 3 rounds fo max reps:

1 min db push press (35/25lb)

1 min rest

1 min db front squat + lunge

1 min rest

1 min db power clean

1 min rest

*For 2nd movement do 1 front squat + 1 right leg lunge+ 1 left leg lunge
