A) Complete the following in a 20 minute time cap:
Db Bulgarian split squats 4×8-10/side
4×10 weighted good mornings
4×45 second weighted side plank (2 on the left side, 2 on the right)
*Do side plank on elbows and hold db locked out with arm thats extended overhead
B) For time:
50 db burpee power clean (40/30lb)
*8 minute time cap
Rest 3 minutes
For time: 800m run
