Start at a moderate weight then ascend in weight each set as form allows. Superset with weighted or unweighted 25-50ft tabletop bearcrawl

B) 10 minute AMRAP:

10 single arm db push presses (Left)

10 single arm db OH lunges (Left)

10 single arm db push presses (Right)

10 single arm db OH lunges (Right)

50 double unders (50/35lb)
