toes to bar
2x lateral hops over the bar
*After each round run 200m together
*So partner 1 does 10 thrusters, then Partner 2 does 10 thrusters, then partner 1 does 10 TTB, then partner 2 does 10 ttb, then partner 1 does 20 lateral hops over bar, then partner 2 does 20 lateral hops, then they both run 200m together. Then repeat this order for reps 9 down to 1 and end with a 200m run.
