2 rounds of:

20 power snatches (135/95lb)-20 bar over burpees-20 toes to bar

Run 800m together

Then 2 rounds of:

20 clean and jerks-20 bar over burpees-20 pullups

Run 800m together

Then 2 rounds of :

20 front squats-20 bar over burpees-20 pushups/HSPU

Run 800m together

*One person works while other person rests except on run where both athletes run together
