100ft upside down kb carry (50ft/arm)
db suitcase deadlifts 8/side
*20 minute time cap
B) 5×2 min on 2 minute off:
Row 250m-then AMRAP
10 lateral hops over barbell-4 reps bear complex (95/65lb)
*1 rep bear complex is clean into thruster + back thruster
*Sub lateral hops over db if you can’t rebound them
