1) 2-6 ring MU 2) 4-10 strict HSPU 3) rest

B) In 20 minutes find a heavy unbroken complex of

5 push jerks-5 front squats-5 hang power cleans-5 deadlifts

*take a minimum of 3 full attempts and a max of 5 full attempts
