Private Coaching

Private Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Private coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability. Our private coaching prices vary depending on the coach you select but vary from $85 to $125/hour.

30-Minute Tune-Ups are a great way for veteran members to hone some of the more complicated skills we teach here. Each Tune-Up costs $50. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get hot and sweaty before your session!

This appointment, with one of our Olympic Lifting Specialists, will build the techniques and foundation to express your true strength and power.   • 30 Minute Clean Tune-Up
    Learn how to best utilize this dynamic movement with a 30 minute private session covering the Clean with one of our Olympic Lifting Specialists. We will help you increase your power during max rep efforts, as well as build efficiency in your workouts. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to warm up and mobilize – you need to be platform ready at start time!
  • 30 Minute Clean and Jerk Tune-Up
    A 30 minute private session covering the Clean and Jerk with one of our Olympic Lifting Specialists. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to warm up and mobilize – you need to be platform ready at start time!
  • 30 Minute Muscle Up Skills/Tune-Up
    Have you been chasing your first muscle up? Do you want to get more unbroken muscle ups? Or are you at a loss of where to even begin?   • 30 Minute Deadlift Tune-Up
    The deadlift is a surprisingly complex movement that requires close attention to detail. Our powerlifting specialists can provide on-the-spot feedback on where your are losing power, so that you can smash your PR’s. This is a 30 minute private session, please come 15-30 minutes early to get warmed up and mobilized before your appointment.
  • 30 Minute Pull-Up Tune-Up
    No matter where you are on the spectrum, our 30 minute tune up can help you reach your goals. We can cover getting your first pull-up, learning a kipping pull-up or butterfly pull-ups – or anywhere that you land on that spectrum. This is a 30 minute private session, please come 15-30 minutes early to warm up and mobilize.
