Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
Injuries and pain. After following MobilityWOD for 3 months and experienced improvements in mobility and decreased pain I joined SFCF.
Why did you become a trainer?
Passion for Mobility and CrossFit and the desire to help others to have a pain-free and active life.
