A) 1 power clean + 1 hang power clean.
Go every 75 seconds for 10 rounds.
B) 7 minute AMRAP:
7 squat cleans (95/65lb)-7 toes to bar.
Rest 2 minutes.
5 minute AMRAP:
max burpees over bar

3 rounds for time:
1000m row-15 db burpee box step overs (50/35lb) or (35/25lb)
