1) 5 burpees over slamball + 10 slamballs
2) 10-16 overhead lunges (95/65lb)
3) 10 abmat situps + 10-15 jumping air squats
4) 15 push press
5) rest
*Adjust reps up or down as needed to be challenging yet
sustainable for all 6 rounds
