Today we are going on the heavier side for the metcon. Efficiency of movement will pay off big time in this workout! Make sure you are pulling yourself under the weight and catching the cleans, jerks and snatches in a quarter squat with the hips back. Once you finish the barbell complex, don’t stop moving on the box jump overs until time is up!
