40 air squats
20 alternating db snatches (50/35lb)
Its cardio thursday again! Todays workout is a very similar format to one we did two weeks ago, except we are rowing instead of running now. These are long intervals with a built in rest afterwards. The goal is to find a consistent, yet challenging pace that you can repeat for three rounds.
40 minute AMRAP:
50 wallballs- Run 1 mile- 30 burpee box jump overs
