A) Power snatch + Hang snatch.
Go every 75 seconds for 8 rounds @60-85% 1RM
B) For total time:
5 rounds of
15/12 calorie bike erg (or 12/10 cal assault bike)
10 hang squat snatches (95/65lb).
Rest 1 minute
Then 25 burpee tuck jumps

*17 minute time cap
