A) Hang snatch + Snatch.
Go every 75 seconds for 10 rounds. Ascend in weight as form allows

B) For time:
50 ft handstand walk
3 rounds of 10 double kb cleans (53/35lb)-12 alternating pistols
50ft handstand walk-
2 rounds of 10 double kb cleans -12 alternating pistols
50 ft handstand walk
1 round of 10 double kb cleans-12 alternating pistols
50ft handstand walk
*Sub 3 wall walks for handstand walk
*Kb cleans are from the swing not the ground

Metcon Class

40 minute alternating EMOM:
1) 12-20 wallballs 2) 8-10 db box step overs (20/18″ box) 3) 5 strict pull-ups or ring rows + 5-10 pushups 4) 50 double unders 5) rest
