Partner WOD:
3 rounds of: 10 strict pullups-20 thrusters (95/65lb)
Run 800m together
3 rounds of 20 kipping toes to bar-20 burpees
Run 600m together
3 rounds of: 20 hang power cleans-20 hand release pushups
Run 400m together
*Split up reps as desired. One person works at a time,except on runs.
