Crossfit

A) Deadlift 4-5 sets x 5 reps
Start @~65% and ascend in weight each set as form allows
Superset with 10 seated db arnold press
B) 30-20-10
double kb front rack squat (53/35lb)-American kb swing
After each round 100ft double OH carry
*Modify to one arm overhead and one arm in farmers carry and switch arms at 50ft
*If not enough kbs modify to db front squats
