Partner WOD:
100 double unders
Then 4 rounds of 20 thrusters (95/65lb)- 20 bar over burpees
100 double unders
Then 4 rounds of 20 wallballs (20/14lb)- 20 American kb swings (53/35lb)
100 double unders
Then 4 rounds of 20 pushups-20 power snatches
100 double unders
*For double unders, one partner must complete 50 reps (or 100 single unders) and then other partner must complete 50 reps
* For all other movements, partners must complete a set of 10 before switching.
