200m staggered db OH carry (50/35lb)
*Split up reps as desired. One person works at a time.
* On staggered db carry, partner holds one db (or kb) in front rack and the other one locked out overhead. Partners may switch who is holding the dbs at any time, but one partner must always be carrying both of them.
