*Modifications: 30 reps for time, or box HSPU, or seated db strict press
B) 5 rounds for time of:

Then left arm kb complex: 5 kb cleans-5 kb push press-5 kb snatches-5 single arm overhead alt. lunges (53/35lb)
30 DU
Then right arm kb complex: 5 kb cleans-5 kb push press-5 kb snatches-5 single arm overhead alt. lunges
*15 minute cap
*Modify kb snatches to a db hang snatch if necessary
