Crossfit

A) 10 minute EMOM:
1 snatch with 1 sec pause 1″ off ground @ 70-85%
*Pause should just be approx 1″ off the ground. If you are pausing at the shins that is too high. At the lighter weights, you should be able to get so tight in your setup that the bar lifts slightly off the ground and that’s where the pause should be.
B) 12 minute AMRAP:
8 pullups- 8 hang power snatch (95/65lb) -8 overhead squat-8 box jumps (24/20″)
