5 rounds for time with a partner:
10 chest to bar pull-ups
20 front squats (135/95lb) or (115/75lb)
30 burpees
40 American kb swings( 53/35lb)
50 double unders
60 jumping lunges
*Split up reps as desired. One person works at a time
