Crossfit

A) Every 2 minute for 10 minutes complete:
8-10 deadlifts (185/135lb) + 1 squat clean and split jerk+ 5 burpees over bar.
5-10 minute break
B) 15 minute AMRAP:
Run 200m + 10 db renegade rows (35/25lb) + 10 hang Db power cleans + 10 Db strict press
