A) Run 800m
Then 3 rounds of : 8 power snatch (95/65lb)-8 burpees over the bar
Then Run 600m
3 rounds of: 10 hang power cleans-10 box jumps
Then Run 400m
3 rounds of: 12 push press-12 burpee box jumps
Then Run 200m
