5/side single arm bottoms up kb press (controlled tempo, start with a very light kb)
1-2 strict skin the cats or 5 strict knees to elbows
*20 minute cap
B) For time:
10 db devils press (40/30lb)
20 db box step overs (20/18″ box)
30 db power cleans
20 db box step overs
10 db devils press
*15 minute time cap
