25 minute partner AMRAP:
10 overhead squats (95/65lb) or (115/75lb)
10 hand release pushups
10 calorie bike
40 double unders.
*Each individual movement will be performed I-go-you-go-style. So Partner A will perform 10 OH squats, then Partner B will perform 10 OH squats, then Partner A will perform 10 hand release pushups, then Partner B will perform 10 hand release pushups- etc etc.
