8-10 heavy alt. db power snatches (70/50lb) + 5/side single arm suitcase deadlifts

2-6 ring MU+14 kb plank pass throughs
Rest 2 minutes before next round
*For ring MU, can sub 4-6 CTB + 4-6 ring dips
