A) 4 rounds not for time of :
7/side single arm kb front rack step downs (20/18″ box)
2 per arm turkish get up
5-8 strict ring dips with 2 second hold at top of each rep *Sub bar dips
*For step downs, hold one kb in front rack. Start at the top of the box and descend Slowly until bottom foot/toes just lightly touches the ground and then stand back up without pushing off of foot at all. If needed, do it unweighted or on a lower box
B) 2 rounds for time of:
50 wallballs (20/14lb)-
25 thrusters (65/45lb) or (75/55lb)
