A) Age Group Qualifier Workout 2020 # 3

For time:
100 alt. db snatches (50/35lb)
50 calorie row
100 bar facing burpees
*20 minute time cap

*Rx standards: Both heads of db must touch ground. On burpees you can step in and out as desired, but a two foot jump over the bar is required.
*Set up barbell with any weight on the bar. If not enough room, do db facing burpees
*If not enough rowers, sub 50 cals on bike erg

B) Coaches choice

At Home Bodyweight Workout

24 minut alternating EMOM:
1) 10 tuck jumps + 10 sit-ups
2) 10 alt. lunges + 20 second wallsit
3) 5 hand release pushups+ 10 shoulder taps in plank + 20 second plank
