*Can be done with 1 db, a pair of dbs, a weighted backpack or a barbell
* 800m run subs:
1) approx 3.5-4 minutes of jump roping
(depending on how long it’d normally take you to casually run 800m)
2) Row 950/850m
3) 3.5-4 minutes of step ups
4) 2 rounds of 55 jumping jacks + 55 high knees + 55 butt kicks
