Outdoor WOD

A) 4-5 sets x 8 touch and go deadlifts by feel
Superset with 4 sets of 5 shrimp squats/side and 10 seated leg lifts
*Can do shrimp squats to an abmat or a wallball for an elevated target
B) 10x 30 seconds on 30 seconds off alt between
1) max burpees over bar
2) max hang clean and jerks (95/65lb) or (115/75lb)

Home WOD

A) 4 sets for quality of :
8/leg single leg db RDLs
5 shrimp squats/side
10 seated leg lifts
B) 12×30 seconds on 30 seconds off alt between
1) max burpees over db
2) max alt. db clean and jerks
