2) 10-12 alt. pistols

B) 14 minute alt. EMOM
1) 2-3 full snatches by feel. Reset between reps.
2) 4 pushups-8 mountain climbers/side-12 air squats
or 5 pushups-10 mountain climbers per side-15 air squats

1) 30 secs max alt. db clean and jerk
2) 10-12 alt. pistols
