Outdoor WOD
A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes complete:
5-6 arnolds press + 5-6 tempo pushups (2020) + 5-6 pushups
*Suggested weights for arnold press 35/25lb up to 50/35lb.
* Modify pushups to knee pushups as needed
B) Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes complete:
50 second weighted plank (plate on back)
10-15 V-ups or tuck ups
Bring a mat for V-ups!
C) 2 rounds for time:
50 lateral hops over db
25 db clean and jerks
*9 minute time cap
2x 35-40lb/25-30lb
Rx+: 50/35lb
*You may need two separate pairs of dbs, one for 1st workout and 1 for metcon workout.
Home WOD
