Outdoor WOD

25 unbroken deadlifts (135/95lb) or (155/105lb)
Building lap + hill loop run*
20 unbroken power cleans
Building lap + hill loop run
15 unbroken push jerks
Building lap + hill loop run
10 unbroken overhead squats

*If you break any set of barbell reps, stop and complete 10 burpees before continuing.
*For run, you will run around to the front of SFCF (the direction we would do the 200m run) and then when you get to the cross walk start the 800m hill loop. When you come back out onto the street from the hill loop go back behind the building to finish back where you started.
