Outdoor WOD

A) 4 sets:
8-10 db weighted step ups/leg (20/18″ box)
8-10 Glute bridge weighted hip thrusts/leg
Rest approximately 2 minute after each set

*For weighted step ups, keep same foot on box for all 8 reps, only push off of top leg. Can hold one db in each hand or scale to just one db in front or back. For glute bridge thrusts, rest shoulders on box and place one db on hip of leg that is working.

B) Every 90 seconds for 4 sets:
45 second plank + 8-10 db plank pass throughs

C) For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
box jump over
db push press
3x rotational mountain climbers
*9 minute time cap

*Rx: 35-45lb/25-30lb dbs
*Rx+: 50/35lb dbs and do full box jump overs (feet never touch top of box)

*So for rotational mountain climbers do 30-27-24… etc etc. Push press are with a pair of dbs
