Outdoor WOD

A) 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
for quality, not for time
Left leg shrimp squats
renegade row pushups
Right leg shrimp squat
knees to standing with db overhead
weighted butterfly sit-ups

*Use a pair of dbs for renegade row pushups
**For knees to standing, use one db and lock it out overhead with one arm. Start on your knees then stand up. Alternate leading leg each rep. Reps are total reps not per side. Keep same arm overhead for all reps and switch arms on the following round
*Hug one db in front for weighted situps
*Choose a db weight between 35-50lb/25-35lb.
* Rx+: Goblet weighted shrimp squats
