Outdoor WOD

A) 15 minute EMOM:
Minutes 1-5: 2-3 muscle cleans.
Minutes 6-10: 1-2 power cleans.
Minutes 11-15: 1-2 squat cleans
*Increase weight from muscle cleans to power cleans and then from power cleans to squat cleans.

B) For time:
40 tuck jumps
40 squat cleans (115/75lb or 135/95lb)
40 burpees
*Tuck jump standard: knees come above hip crease
*Squat cleans will most likely be done in singles

Home WOD

A) 15 minute EMOM:
1) 1 turkish get up/side
2) 8-10/side single leg rdls
3) rest

B) For time:
50 tuck jumps-50 alt db squat cleans-50 burpees
*Tuck jump standard: knees come above hip crease
