ARE YOU HOSTING OUTDOOR WORKOUTS?
As of June 15th, SFCF is holding a full schedule of outdoor classes in the back parking lot of our 1162A Gorgas Avenue location. Classes are limited to 11 people per class, so please read below for instructions on how to sign up in advance.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A NEW MEMBERSHIP?
All new members are required to meet with a coach for an in-person intro series (3 sessions for $250). This is a great way to get familiar with the movements, especially the complex barbell lifts, before you're in a group setting. Trust us - it's way more fun when you know what you're doing!
Alternatively, if you have 3 months or more of continuous Crossfit experience, you can opt for a test-out with one of our coaches ($85 for one hour).
Once you've been cleared by our coaches for group classes, you can attend any class on the schedule!
HOW DO I SIGN UP IN ADVANCE FOR CLASSES?
Once you have completed your intro series, please follow this procedure to sign up for classes. Classes become available at 12:01am the day before class.
WHAT IS YOUR CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOL DURING THESE COVID TIMES?

ARE THERE ANY "AT HOME" WORKOUTS THAT I CAN ACCESS?
Yes! We currently offer an online-only membership for $125/month. We have live online classes that you can do from home most days of the week. You can see our entire schedule for online classes listed here. You will also be able to access our pre-recorded workouts from the past two weeks in our At Home WOD Library.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE AT-HOME WORKOUTS?
A single dumbbell or kettlebell is ideal, although not required.
CAN I CANCEL OR PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD UNTIL THINGS ARE BACK TO NORMAL?
Yes, all members have the ability to place their membership on hold. In the event you would like to cancel your membership please reach out to directly info(at)sanfranciscocrossfit.com and please note cancellation fees will apply.
