If you are a member at another Crossfit or have been regularly Crossfitting, you are welcome to drop in to any of our regularly-scheduled group classes when you are visiting San Francisco. Please be sure to arrive for your first class at least 10 minutes early to fill out a waiver and introduce yourself to the coach. If you are a paying member at another Crossfit gym, there is no charge for a drop-in visit. If not, the drop in fee is $20, which you can pay in advance online or on site.
