Programs

Everyone’s path at San Francisco CrossFit will be slightly different depending on their current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one coaching and group classes along with a variety of specialty programs.

All of our group class memberships entitle you to unlimited access to our group classes, including our bi-weekly running classes our bi-weekly weightlifting classes, and our weekly gymnastics skills class.

Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of individualized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.

We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate that balance through our pricing and programs.
