The first step in getting started is coming in for a Free “No Sweat” Intro.

During this 15-minute session we’ll discuss:

  • who we are and what we do
  • any questions you may have
  • your goals and how we can develop the best plan to achieve them

Drop-In Rates

If you are a member at another CrossFit or have been regularly CrossFitting for at least 3 months, you are welcome to drop in to any of our regularly-scheduled Level 1 group classes when you are visiting San Francisco.
